Welcome to my website, my name is Pauline Seager. I have been working as a therapist/counsellor and supervisor in the Guildford area for over fifteen years. My approach is Integrative Humanistic. I see people as unique individuals with the skills and resources to cope with what life brings them. From time to time we can lose contact with these skills, or get ‘stuck’ using a coping mechanism that is no longer helpful. At such times it can help to talk with someone who is non-judgemental, to look for the way forward that best suits you, the individual.

My counselling/psychotherapy and supervision practice is based in East Horsley, within easy reach of Bookham, Byfleet, Clandon (East & West), Cobham, Dorking, Effingham, Esher, Guildford, Leatherhead, Ripley, Walton-on-Thames, West Horsley, Weybridge, Woking.

I am just 2-3 mins. walk from Horsley Station on the Waterloo-Guildford via Cobham/Stoke D’Abernon, and the Leatherhead-Guildford via Effingham lines.

My Therapy/Supervision Practice is approximately 2 miles from the A3 and Junction 10 M25
