Professional Qualifications - Counselling

Pauline is a Senior Accredited Counselling Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), meaning she meets the the criteria for Accreditation and abides by the BACP Code of Ethics and Practice.
She is also on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

Pauline holds an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and hold Diplomas in Humanistic Counselling (Advanced) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

She has been a Volunteer with a National Bereavement Charity for over twenty years, supporting both Adult and Child clients as well as facilitating Bereavement Groups.

For over 20 years Pauline has worked in the Drug and Alcohol field, and for four years was a member of Surrey Trauma Support Services.

As part of her on-going Accreditation requirements with the BACP, her Continuing Professional Development (CPD) has included courses on a variety of subjects such as Trauma support and Traumatic Death, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Working with Phobias, and Hypnotic Skills.
